Jessica requested a hat design where "Tim Burton meets Dr. Seuss". I originally wanted to use purple and lime green, but it just didn't work when i put those colors together. The hat's personality guided me as it emerged. The other thing for this hat was it had to be big enough for dreads. A purple dread crown! Shower cap poem

 

A good friend of mine sent this amazing handmade silk scarf from her recent trip to Vientiane, Lao. The card included a quote from the hotel shower cap with this poem inside: "I can take to the skies. I can soar like a bird. With his heart full of song. Won't you color my eyes.
